Preferred Builders seeks to acquire land acquisitions, design and develop new projects, apply and obtain local and state licenses, and bring projects to completion by building the roadway infrastructure and constructing the new units.

Our firm acts quickly on proposals and will recommend the best use for each land opportunity. We work with land owners, Real Estate brokers, architects, engineers, professionals in the construction fields, and homeowners to achieve a mutual beneficial outcome for all parties involved.

There is no cost to land owners; we provide expert analysis on land including, if necessary, engineering survey work. We also work with individual homeowners in designing and obtaining a new home.
